As you are aware, we have been experiencing reliability issues with the GOTRACK platform.  We have been working to try and resolve this for the last 72 hours and have concerns over the future stability of the platform.  At this time, we do not have an exact ETA as to a resolution.

To ensure that our customers receive the very best experience, we want to provide you with a reliable, state of the art system.

Given the issue that we are currently facing and the going concerns we have regarding stability, we propose that we migrate your service to the Myionu platform.

Who are Myionu?
Myionu is a division of AffinityOne Pty Ltd (as is GOTRACK).  Myionu is our global operating platform, which not only gives you the ability to track vehicles, but people, assets, documents, including satellite based battery powered devices for use in remote locations across the Globe.   Further information can be found on our website: www.myionu.com.au

What does this mean for me?
You will be able to access your vehicle data information using one of the most advanced tracking platforms available.  This includes 3D Google mapping, street view, live traffic feeds, journey simulator and a comprehensive suite of fully exportable management reports.  Also featured is a user definable rules engine, which allows alerts to be tailored to a vast range of specific customer requirements.
The Myionu portal can be securely accessed from any PC, MAC or tablet with an internet connection, along with a mobile version which allows access from any Smartphone without the need to install Apps.

What about training?
We want to ensure that you get the very best from the new portal.  This is supported with a comprehensive user manual, online tutorials and the option of a one-on-one online training session tailored to your Company’s own specific needs.  All of which is part of the overall migration package.

What about my existing hardware?
Having reviewed the current devices on your fleet, it will be necessary to replace your current GOTRACK hardware with brand new, compatible equipment.  With the opportunity of migrating to the Myionu portal, comes the ability to benefit from newer technology, including GSM, Next G and Iridium communication methods.  Your new hardware will be supported with a lifetime product warranty (subject to terms and conditions).

What will it cost?
Our records indicate that your devices are currently communicating via the GSM network and, as it gives us pleasure to provide you with a brand new device connected to Myionu at no additional hardware cost (valued at $ 399!).  Your monthly service fee will also remain the same.  I would also like to offer you a range of upgrade options as follows:

Option One.

What happens if I don’t want to move over to Myionu?
There are two options if you don’t want to migrate to the Myionu platform;

A)  Remain as is; however, please be aware, that we currently do not have an ETA on a resolution.
B)  Cancel your service with no penalty.  Although we don’t want to lose you as a customer, we want to give you a choice.
